At Pre Purchase Survey we offer roof inspections to our customers and cover all types of roof structures and build ups.
The purpose of the survey is to assess the condition of the roof, identify any potential issues or areas of concern, to determine the need for repairs or replacements and to inform you as the customer the potential expenses incurred when upgrading the roof.

This depends on the specialist surveys that you select but if you were to have a three technical surveys such as Electrical, Heating & Plumbing and Below ground drainage you can expect a cost of around £850.

The best time to book a Pre-Purchase survey is when you have had your offer accepted and prior to exchanging contracts.
Who books the specialist surveys in with the seller of the property?
Once you have enquired with us we will provide you with available dates for the specialist surveys to be undertaken. It is then your responsibility to organise these survey dates with the vendor/seller of the property.
Usually this will be organised through your solicitor.
